SCN Publishing Inc, publishers of the weekly Saint City News, are excited to report that it is the first weekly newspaper in Canada that has been approved to add its Free Digital Subscribers to its verified circulation base, resulting in a circulation increase of 6% as audited by the CCNA's Verified Circulation Program.

Using the services of Advanced Publishing Corporation since 2004, Saint City News publishes the complete weekly edition on its website as a digital replica for online subscribers to easily read and search current and all past issues.
